I have a bad podcast about this.

Jul 2, 2016

This is the second part of a two-part discussion with Kat Kuhl and my sister, Rebekah McFarland, on gaming and inclusivity in Star Wars. This week, we discuss the various Star Wars gaming systems, particularly Fantasy Flight's Edge of the Empire system.

No annotations this week.

You can catch more Johnny O'Mara, James D'Amato, and Kat Kuhl on the Campaign Podcast at www.oneshotpodcast.com/category/campaign/

I have a buddy who interned at Fantasy Flight, and he said that it was their in-house policy to stick to male gender pronouns while creating the core book, but that rule was eventually changed and the more recent books use he, she, and they. It definitely stuck out to me too, when I first read the core book. Seems like the kind of thing we stopped doing for modern books since White Wolf in the 90s.
